All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Rarely, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All returns must meet the following conditions: the product must be unused, unopened, and the return request must be made within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please return the product to our warehouse. Once received, we will process your return promptly.
